During the initial consultation, we will discuss what brought you to seek holistic support, what changed in your capacity for health, and how the symptoms are manifesting in your body. We will consider what sort of stressors or strains were present before the onset of the symptoms, and note any patterns.
I will then examine the photos of your face that you have supplied, determine what color group you fit into and recommend a homeopathic remedy, as well as supplements, products, and/or dietary shifts.

The progress of a person’s case and its outcome ultimately depends on an ongoing assessment of how their condition is evolving, and the results of each follow-up visit determine our next course of action — to repeat, modify or give it more time.
To ensure your path to recovery goes smoothly it is important to complete the subsequent follow-up appointments within the suggested timeframe.

We appreciate at least 48 hours' notice for a change of appointment, or the following charges will be applied — less than 24 hours 100%, less than 48 hours 50%.

Yes, acute symptoms that come on between sessions may be treated with homeopathy. Acute care is only offered to clients who have already had an initial consultation.
I am not a doctor and I do not pretend to be one. I will advise you to seek medical help if needed, as well as choose an appropriate homeopathic remedy.

Homeopathic remedies are non-toxic and are therefore safe for people of all ages, including newborn babies, children, expectant mothers, and the elderly. Homeopathy can safely and effectively bring back into balance even the most sensitive of individuals, whether they are experiencing out-of-balance emotions or physical symptoms.
-
Yes. In fact, it is beneficial for all family members to get support. When all members of a household are in balance, it is easier for everyone to maintain physical and emotional health.
-
Yes! Pets have emotions that benefit greatly from Bach Remedies. I am happy to treat your pet in your home, farm, or other pet sanctuary. Please book 2 Bach Flower Remedy Appointments to cover the time and cost of travel. I will travel up to 10 miles from my office at 111 East Central Street, Franklin, MA.
Appointments will consist of discussing your pet’s emotional concerns as well as muscle testing your animal. You will be asked to hold or touch your animal (only if you consider it safe to do so) and I will be able to muscle test you as your pet will be at the end of your circuit. One Bach Flower Remedy will be given to you as a part of your appointment fee.
-
Yes. Homeopathic remedies are non-toxic and non-chemical. They are energy extracts from natural substances and are prepared from extremely diluted substances. Often no molecules of the original substance remain, and therefore there are no interactions with drugs or herbs.
Homeopathic remedies are made by homeopathic pharmacies from natural sources, whether vegetable, mineral, or animal in nature.

Traditionally, it was advised to keep remedies away from food and drinks, and although the concerns around contaminating the remedy with other substances haven’t been independently tested, we advise waiting 5-10 minutes after eating, drinking or brushing your teeth, just to be safe.
We also advise not contaminating the remedy by touching your mouth to the bottle or picking up dropped pills. If you drop a pill, throw it away.
-
Never. It is important to remain on your current medications as advised by your prescribing medical doctor. Do not alter, reduce or withdraw from any medications you’ve been prescribed without your medical doctor’s direction.
The homeopathic remedies work effectively with prescribed medications. Once your health stabilizes, you can work with your medical doctor to reduce and/or eliminate your medications. It is never safe to stop taking prescribed medications without proper advice.

It is not uncommon for a stressor or strain to reignite past symptoms or discomfort. If this occurs, the remedy or a new, closely related remedy will need to be repeated.
